Video - Events Tab

The Events tab displays thumbnails for each user-defined event that has been triggered for each camera. This helps you easily identify which event occurred, when it happened, and what caused it.

The Events tab can be found on the Video page, at the bottom right of the screen. Clicking the tab displays a compact view of recent events. You can click the chevron on the left-hand side of the section to expand it, allowing you to view larger thumbnails for easier identification. You can also drag the section using the double chevrons to adjust it to a convenient size, which will automatically resize the video grid. 
 

Viewing Camera Events

1. Go to the Video tab.

2. Select the camera(s) you want to view.

3. Open the Events tab.

4. Select the date and timeframe you wish to view.

5. Events will automatically display.

6. Expand the section to view larger thumbnails.

7. Click the event you’re interested in - the related footage will load in the video grid, allowing you to see exactly what happened.
