A site Plan can be uploaded, and the positions of the cameras can be placed on the plan to help visualize where each camera is installed. To upload a plan, go to the Administration tab on the main page and select the Plan tab.
You can upload multiple plans if needed.
Add a Plan
Select the Add Plan button. A new section will appear. When you select the area with the plus sign (+), a dialog will open, allowing you to navigate to the image file of the plan you want to upload. The plan can be either an image of a drawing or a photo of the area. All common image formats are supported.
Upload the plan, enter a name for it, and then select the Add button. Once uploaded, the plan will be available to all users.
Adding Cameras to a Plan
Once the plan has been successfully uploaded, you can begin linking cameras to it. Select the Add Camera text. This option only appears when no cameras have been assigned to the plan.
You will then be taken to the Admin > Cameras tab. For detailed instructions on how to add a camera to a plan, see Admin - Cameras.
Delete a Plan
If a plan is no longer needed, you can delete it using the Delete Plan button. This will remove the currently selected plan.
Rename a Plan
To rename an existing plan, follow these steps:
Select the required plan from the list of plans.
Enter the new name in the Name box.
Click Save to apply the change.
Refresh your browser page to update the name in the list of plans.
